He is the commander of the Mounted Security Patrol, which has protected crowds at music festivals, shopping malls, airports, Business Improvement Districts, amphitheaters, arenas, sports events, and commercial business districts. The A&O Mounted Security Patrol, along with Kel Executive Services, has served the following past and current clients: the Bonnaroo Music Festival, Tennessee; Virgin Festival by Virgin Mobile, Baltimore, Maryland; the Freedom of Speech '06 North American tour of Crosby, Stills Nash & Young; the 2002 reunion of The Grateful Dead at Alpine Valley Music Theater, Wisconsin; ongoing security for The Woodlands Township, Texas; patrols for United Center in Chicago including the Paul McCartney concert and the Bruce Springsteen concert in 2002; eight major Phish concerts including Festival 8 in 2009; 2000 New Year’s Eve on the Las Vegas Strip; 1994 World Cup Soccer Games, Dallas, Texas; and the 1994 Woodstock Music Festival in New York State.

These SOPs have been adopted by several police departments nationwide and are now considered the standard of the mounted services in the US. Keller used his research of Civil War and World War I field manuals as inspiration and data for the SOP document.

Oatman & Associates Executive Protection School and is a member of the American Society of Industrial Security, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the International Association of Chiefs of Police, the International Association of Assembly Managers, the International Downtown Association, and the North American Horseman’s Association.
